About Our Process

We understand that arranging to have your gown cleaned is somewhat like having to do the dishes after a fabulous meal, which is why we do as much as we can to take the work off your hands – starting with offering to pick up your gown at your home. More importantly, we understand that entrusting your gown to just anyone can be very worrisome. Rest assured that your wedding gown, with all its delicate and detailed finishes, is hand cared for with white gloves, and never cleaned with other garments like some other cleaners do.

When cleaning your wedding gown, we take special care to inspect for all types of damage, including soiled and ripped hems, loose beadings and appliqués, perspiration stains, and of course, champagne spills. With our delicate cleaning and preservation method, your wedding gown will never yellow and no latent stains will develop into dark brown spots because each of us takes an extra step to ensure that all stains, both seen and unseen, are removed from your bridal gown.  In addition, our wedding gown specialists handle all of our gowns with white gloves to ensure that no human oils come in contact with the fabric.

Once we have finished hand caring for your gown, you may arrange to inspect your bridal gown personally before it is skillfully folded and carefully layered with acid-free tissue and delicately folded into an acid-free, archival-quality wedding gown chest.
